Aerobic Lymphasizing consists of various techniques practiced on the Lymphasizer  while incorporating arm and leg exercises.  Also bio-electric Lymphasizing techniques are practiced to give the body a complete strengthening workout.

Aerobic Lymphasizing is done on your Lymphasizer. Simply put, you use your Lymphasizer to do aerobics.
Aerobic Lymphasizing is not recommended unless you have been taught proper technique by a Certified Lymphologist. In most cases, if practiced incorrectly, or if the body is in very bad shape, it will cause more pain.
Aerobic Lymphasizing has many advantages over traditional aerobics:

1.  Virtually Non-Impact.

85% to 90% of the impact of traditional aerobics is removed from the body.  Lymphasizing is a non-impact aerobic exercise.

2.  Excellent Cardio-Vascular Workout

Lymphasizing strengthens your heart muscle.

3.  Production of Glycogen.

Glycogen is a super molecule made in the body from Glucose. The Glycogen molecule, composed of approximately 5 MILLION Glucose molecules is stored in the body and used during times when exertion or hyper-activity is required. (Ref Wikipedia).

4.  Body Toning & Weight Loss.

A Lymphasizer tones your body and helps greatly with weight loss. Weight loss is very achievable doing Aerobic Lymphasizing.

5.  You feel like your sitting in a chair relaxing.

While you are doing Aerobic Lymphasizing set    you feel like your sitting in a chair relaxing. The result is both the build up of glycogen and storage of energy in your body.

6.  Improved Muscle Co-Ordination.

A Lymphasizer gives the cells in your body the correct workout.  Therefore your muscle and reflex co-ordination is improved.
